Our Compleat Leader participants continue to inspire us through their willingness to dig deep and the clarity, connections, epiphanies, and transformations they have experienced as a result. This sparked a longstanding desire to offer the experience to leaders from non-profit, NGO, and other mission-focused organizations, as they do important work for our world but do not typically have access to programs like ours. In 2023, this became a reality as we took 8 of these leaders to our first-ever Compleat Leader session in Patagonia, Chile—as our guests. The magic unfolded as these leaders connected with each other while also finding meaningful ways to (re)connect with themselves and their challenges. Getting a chance to support an incredible group of leaders with a shared commitment to 'paying it forward' through their respective work and missions was absolutely priceless.
